MR Bloodworth
Born and raised in Music City USA — home to many legendary musicians — the talented young musician and producer, Mister Bloodworth learned the value of diversity in music. His proximity to music and appreciation for diversity have led to his performing and recording with a number of world-renowned musicians and even a few Grammy winners. As a youth, Bloodworth’s passion for music was kindled by the soundtrack that surrounded him in his mother’s and grandmother’s homes: Funk, Gospel, R&B, and Soul; styles that took funky licks and smart lyrics and backed them with soulful harmonies.
While these influences are reflected in his approach to synth/keys, drums, and low brass, they didn’t prevent him from branching out. His unique style is opens new frontiers in the familiar genres of Funk, Jazz, R&B, Rock, Soul, and Electronic. Bloodworth is taking his diverse sound on the road touring with his band, The Bloodfunks.
